The Laboratories of Quantitative Analysis, Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LA.S.C.M.) and of Heat Transfer and Environmental Engineering (L.H.T.E.E.) of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, as well as the Laboratory of Alternative Energy Resources of the Agriculture of the School of Agriculture of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (A.U.Th.), organized the First Information Day within the scope of the EU-funded Project GREEN-AgriChains.

Venue: A.U.Th.'s Research Dissemination Center (KE.D.E.A.), 3rd September Street (Red Building), Amphitheater III, Thessaloniki, Greece.
The scope of the "GREEN-AgriChains: First Info Day" was to raise public awareness and to disseminate in the business community key issues of "greening" in the Agrifood and Supply Chain Management sectors. Open lectures were presented by relevant research experts and industry stakeholders. Moreover, within the Information Day, clustering activities took place, in order to explore opportunities on networking, collaboration and participation in national or EU funding schemes.
